Solution Lead
The Role
As a Solution Lead, you will serve as the functional Product Owner and act as the key bridge between enterprise clients and our software engineering teams. While a software development background is not mandatory, you must possess strong technical acumen, excellent analytical thinking, and extensive domain expertise in freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management.
You will lead both the Business Analysis (BA) and Customer Service (CS) teams, ensuring customer requirements are effectively translated into practical software solutions. You will also stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, supply chain trends, and regulatory requirements to maintain the competitiveness of our logistics software platform.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Consulting & Customer Engagement
- Present, demonstrate, and promote logistics and supply chain software solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer business operations and identify opportunities to optimize freight, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes.
- Provide professional advisory services and recommend suitable software solutions based on customer requirements.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate whether business needs can be fulfilled through existing system functionality or require enhancements and new module development.
- Translate complex business processes into clear Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate closely with System Analysts and development teams to ensure accurate solution design and successful implementation.
Team Leadership
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Business Analysis and Customer Service teams.
- Establish best practices for requirements gathering, project delivery, customer communication, and service quality.
- Monitor team performance, resource allocation, and project progress to ensure successful outcomes.
Industry Expertise & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, warehousing, customs operations, EDI integration, and global supply chain management practices.
- Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements, proactively identifying opportunities for product enhancement.
- Advise management and product teams on market demands and industry developments.
Regional Collaboration
- Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas regions.
- Support customer workshops, solution reviews, project deployments, and business process alignment activities.
- Travel periodically for project implementation, customer engagement, and business development purposes.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in one of the following areas:

System Assistant
The Role
As a System Analyst, you will evolve beyond software development and take ownership of system architecture, technical analysis, solution design, and business workflow optimization. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our logistics software platform by ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a highly collaborative and customer-facing position. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, development teams, and enterprise customers to transform complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. While maintaining hands-on development responsibilities, you will also act as a trusted technical advisor during customer engagements and project implementations.
Key Responsibilities
System Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable system architectures and technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDD), system specifications, database designs, API definitions, and workflow diagrams.
- Ensure system designs meet performance, security, reliability, and scalability requirements.
- Review and improve existing application architecture and technical frameworks.
Technical Leadership & Problem Solving
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, production incidents, and system-related challenges.
