Ms. Carrier Kam from AWS shared industry landscape & technology trends on transportation and technologies. Mr. Bill Cheng and Mr. Jim Tsang from ITIS introduced the history of AI development and shared the use cases of AI, Robotics and smart process automation in the freight forwarding industry. Finally, we invited Mr. Sydney Chan from Ace Protrans Forwarding Ltd. to share his opinion on the impact of AI on today’s world.
